"Shear Madness" for the City of Łódź Birthday Festival. Tickets available on 18 and 19 July

We take part in the City of Łódź 595 birthday! On this occasion on 28 July at 3 PM and 6 PM we will present our famous show „Shear Madness”. The presentation will take place on the market in Manufaktura mall.

The admission is free. But if you want to have a guaranteed seat please come to collect the invitations. They will be given away on 18 July at 6 PM and on 19 July also at 6 PM. The limit is two invitations for one person. The invitations will be available close to the main entrance to Manufaktura mall, near Info centre.

„Shear Madness” is one of the most popular shows in Łódź. It was the initiative of Ms Ewa Pilawska, the theatre director, that the play premiered in 1999 in Poland in Łódź, at Powszechny Theatre. Since then the play has been presented on our Big Stage more than 1100 times! The interactive formula of this comedy is the reason that its plot is never the same. That is why there are many people who have seen the play many times. The record is 16 times! After the first preview and the success in Łódź it became so popular that many Polish theatres wanted to have it in their repertoires. The presentation of this very popular play will be an important artistic event duroing the City’s birthday festiwal.
