Standing ovation at the first preview of „I Wanted To Be”

It was the first premiere of the season! On 11 September we presented “I Wanted To Be” directed by Michał Siegoczyński – a spectacle about Krzysztof Krawczyk: a pop culture icon, a singer, a usual man… Thank you for being with us! Michał Siegoczyński was inspired among others by plots and motives taken from Mr Krzysztof Krawczyk’s life as presented in a biography “Life Like Wine” (“Życie jak wino”) by Krzysztof Krawczyk and Andrzej Kosmala.   

Spectacle „I Wanted To Be” was prepared for the 27th International Festival of Plays Pleasant and Unpleasant. The festival is financed by the City of Łódź and co-financed by the Ministry of Culture, National Heritage and Sport.
