The play is based on Zbigniew Herbert’s poems. It asks questions on man’s condition in the world, on sense of humanity, its ups and downs and limitations. What is faith? Does God exist? What does that mean to us? The most popular poems such as „The Homily”, „The Seventh Angel” and „The Breviaries” series are presented in the play as well as less popular ones. The performance is a combination of words and music, of dialogues and monologues – all of them create a climate of degenerate reality lacking any values which might be of any use.
