„Who Wants To Be A Jew?” premiered on Saturday – standing ovation

This was the first presentation of this season. On Saturday, October 1st, 2022 we played for the first time a play by Marek Modzelewski „Who Wants To Be A Jew?” directed by Jacek Braciak (it was his debut as a director). After the Sunday spectacle there was a meeting with the playwright and the director. It was moderatesd by Jacek Wakar. Thank you for being with us! Thank for the ovation!

„Who Wants To Be A Jew?” is a portrait of our society and especially the so-called intelligentsia, with its hypocrisy, buffoonery, duplicity of views and impossibility of giving up a stereotype point of view. It is a black comedy – we are put in front of a mirror and asked a question: are we brave enough to look at ourselves in it?

We invite you to the following spectacles – on 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8 and 9 October and on 3, 4, 5 and 6 November.

Our thanks to our partners – PURO Hotels Łódź and Ganesh Manufaktura restaurant.
