Christmas meeting in Powszechny Theatre

The atmosphere was warm, familiar and Christmassy. On Wednesday, as our tradition goes, we sat at the table for our Christmas lunch. There were members of our artistic teams as well as administrative and technical teams. We exchanged wishes for the year to come for ourselves and for the Theatre. The meeting was joined not only by our youngest actors but by our seniors – Ms Barbara Połomska and Mr Michał Szewczyk who have been in Powszechny Theatre for more than 60 years. It is very important because the power of our Theatre lies in the fact that it is multigenerational and diverse. The atmosphere was complemented by a smell and a taste of traditional Christmas dishes – dumplings, cabbage with mushroom and peas, poppy seed cake and dry fruit compote.
