„Krystian Lupa. Artist. Visionary”
- conference devoted to the works of Krystian Lupa
Moderator: Jacek Cieślak
The conference will take place in a hybrid form – on-line and live – at Powszechny Theatre Small Stage.

The world premiere of „Imagine 2” by Krystian Lupa at the 28th International Festival of Plays Pleasant and Unpleasant will be accompanied by international conference devoted to the works of one of the most important world theatre directors. The conference will take place a day after the spectacle, on 24 April and its aim is to broaden the main theme of this year’s Festival edition – „Artist. Visionary”.

The participants: artists who have co-created Lupa’s theatre, directors of festivals and theatres where his performances have been produced, theatre critics and theoreticians.   
The speeches and video recording will be published in a special edition book illustrated with Krystian Lupa drawings.

„Krystian Lupa. Visions. Insights”
- exhibition devoted to the works of Krystian Lupa
Idea and production: Magda Kulesza and Krzysztof Kelm

The exhibition accompanying the 28th Festival is an attempt of presenting scenes from old performances  to modern audience. Out of hours of recordings of Lupa’s productions, we have chosen the scenes that touched us because of their strength and beauty. The exhibition is completed with the Artist’s photographs that sometimes say more than words.
