Special Golden Mask for Powszechny Theatre in Łódź!

Powszechny Theatre in Łódź received special Golden Mask (award given by theatre critics) for the idea of „Theatre close to people” Director Ewa Pilawska is the author of the idea that has been realized in our theatre for many years. Opening nights, International Festival of Plays Pleasant and Unpleasant, educational and social activities – they all make for the award. The jury of Golden Masks awarded Powszechny Theatre for „consistent and effective ways of joining different forms of artistic and educational activities that make for the consolidation of the theatre artistic picture”.
