„Bim-Bom-Boom! Workaholic romantic comedy” is a spectacle about love in the era of algorithms, a story of a couple who met thanks to a „cybermatchmaker” – an app dedicated to joining people who do not have time for dating…

After having reached the overtime limit in his corporation Darek, an IT specialist, goes into work rehab in the Łódź Burnout Clinic where CEOs, officials, actors and teachers learn how not to work, be at loose end and fool around and attend sessions lectured by sister Rezyliencja and an excentric professor Klindża – a specialist in leaves and burnout therapist. When he goes off screens and deadlines Darek develops anxiety disorders and they become deeper when his partner Honia informs him she is pregnant and he gets to know that his female boss Laura wants to get him out of the clinic to make him finish the software of Empaton – a dating app. David refuses because he wants to devote his time to his family but when Empaton kidnaps Honia he has to return to work to hack into the AI app which wants to kill him…

Students theatre Bim Bom becomes a rescue from the love commercialization and the relationship breakdown – the theatre returns to the stage on the occasion of six-hundredth anniversary of Łódź and presents a programme full of surreal plot twists, stage machinery and ideas that corpo people have never dreamt of.

Will the IT specialist succeed in saving his girlfriend and defeating AI? Can love be a cure for overwork? Or does true feeling require too much work and there is no place for it in our busy world?
